Data we process

The tools receive the search text, camera IDs, categories, and countries you provide, plus latitude and longitude when you choose to search nearby. Do not provide unnecessary personal, confidential, or third-party information.

Purpose and retention

These inputs are used only to complete queries and calculate straight-line distances. This version does not create user accounts or a database, write inputs to persistent storage, or forward search text or your coordinates to a geocoding service. Public camera catalog and status data are cached in server memory for about five minutes; this cache is not a record of your queries.

Third-party services

The server reads catalog and status data from fixed public URLs on webcam.funapp.io and wcf.funapp.io. Thumbnail URLs may point to tb.funapp.io or img.youtube.com. When you open an image or the original viewer, that service may receive ordinary network request information and apply its own policies.

ChatGPT, Codex, hosting platforms, and network providers may process conversations, requests, IP addresses, timestamps, and operational or security logs under their own policies. This program does not control those platforms' retention periods and does not claim that the entire workflow leaves no records.

Website storage and contact

The separate query service pages do not include analytics tracking code, set their own cookies, or use browser localStorage. This statement does not cover the original webcam.funapp.io website, which separately uses Google Tag Manager and browser localStorage. Data handling may differ when you open the original website or third-party images. If you contact support by email, the publisher and its email provider process your message and sender information to respond. Do not send passwords or sensitive information.
